Condo flip in Palm Springs , potential rehab costs
I have identified a property in Palm Springs at a great price, but I wanted to see if anyone had ever rehabbed one before and if they could share what to expect the rehab to cost. This would be on a 80s built condo, never remodeled, 2bd 2bth 1200 sqft ground floor.
