Breaker Box No Ground Bar

I have a older triplex built in the 1960's with no ground bar, only a neutral bar. I would like to add a new 20amp breaker and run new wires, what can I do about the ground wire? I'm installing an AC, so I would like this to be the dedicated circuit.
