New member in Columbus OH
Hey guys! I'm new to the BiggerPockets community, out of Columbus OH. I'm tired of working my job and want to spend my time nurturing my own businesses, including real estate. From what I've been reading, I think I can get some traction in flipping foreclosures. Here in Ohio there's a few smaller towns (<100k population) that show some promise from my estimates. Does anyone here have experience in these kinds of markets?
