Rehabbing and Flipping in Arkansas
I have started my Real Estate journey off in buy and hold investment properties. While these are obviously great for long term success and financial independence, I am looking to speed up the pace (with financial gains) with flipping/rehabbing houses. Can anyone offer any advice, specific to the Little Rock Arkansas area, with hard/private money lenders, and strategies for finding great properties?
