Well, after 3 months I finally got  into a house  in was the high bidder for at a short sale auction. The closing is in August.

Question,  the entire house has radiators (working condition) and no duct work.  Any estimated Replacement  costs for a new furnace . Alternatives?

Any help would be appreciated!

Radiators are awesome! Don't get rid of them. Seriously consider doing ductless air conditioning system to keep the radiator heat.  Some people love that heat because it keeps the moisture in the air.

Look around your area to decide what is most consistent and popular.
