Advice on education
Hello , I have been just taking it all in before I make a move on property . I am currently taking a home inspectors course one to sharpen my ability to view property and 2nd for a second business . Would it be wise to get a real estate license as well? I have a full time job unrelated to this industry at home and allows me to pursue other things I think my goal is to flip properties that need some rehab I have done the construction aspect my whole life the work is easy . Looking for direction I guess before I make a transition ! Thank you
