Hello everyone,
I'm an investor who started in Chicago and has moved around investing as I've gone. I now want to move back into the Chicago market and looking to find off market multi familes who need renovation. Finding those properties is hard, but more difficult is finding reliable, skilled, quality contractors. Does anyone out there have a team they will share or have any recommendations that they would stand by?
