Best City for Flipping Houses

My home city of Sioux Falls, SD made the list for the best city to flip houses according to Wallethub. I will admit that I never heard of Wallethub before this hit the news. I was surprised because our house prices are very inflated and properties sell quickly. Then I realized that is probably what works to the advantage of a flipper. Not as great for a buy and hold investor like me. Please comment on what you think about the Wallethub assessment. Are they measuring the right criteria? Do others see the cities on this list as attractive for flipping?

Here are other cities that made the list:

1. Sioux Falls, SD

2. Fort Wayne, IN

3. El Paso, TX

4. Oklahoma City, OK

5. Lincoln, NE

6. Lubbock, TX

7. Tampa, FL

8. New Orleans, LA

9. Boise, ID

10. Laredo, TX

Ignore any published data about which city is the best.  All data is historical, so it only tells you which cities were the best at the time the data was collected.  Things can change quickly in local real estate markets.

Besides, I have no idea what "best" means when it comes to flipping...I'd be wary of anyone using that term...
