Can anyone recommend a General Contractor that works with investors in the Baltimore, MD area. I am trying to avoid the overpriced, advantage takers opportunists. Thank you

It's a Contractor's market. They know they can rip you because everyone is busy. What you are looking for in Baltimore does not exist. I can give you the name of an unlicensed Contractor who does a good job if you wish.
