Becoming a general contractor in Illinois
Hello BP! My husband has a decent amount of rehabs under his belt. He has a wide range of knowledge and experience in construction. We have been doing research, but we can not figure out what the requirements are for IL. I know you have to be licensed in a specific town and hold insurance, but what are the steps to becoming a GC? Or if you can please direct me for more information. Thank you.
