Contractor under bids his job and can't complete rehab. What 2 do
I got 3 bids on a property, i chose the middle bid, 4 to 6 weeks rehab on a flip. I paid 2 of 3 payments. Now contractor tells me he under bidded the Job. We are under contract.. what should i do?
