Central AC and Heat vs window units
What's up BP family?!?!? Currently looking at a deal in Houston Texas and am working on an ARV for this property. I'm seeking a little advice, I know how to determine ARV but am a little confused on how to comp out a property that has central AC and heat VS a property with window units.
Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
