Finding Full Time Handy Man- Any Recommendations?
Hey any recommendations on where to find full time handy man/maintenance technician? Would be paying around $50-55K/year, based in DC area. Looking for someone to take care of punch lists on properties I'm renovating and do turnovers/rental property repairs on properties that I own.
I've posted on ziprecruiter, which syndicates to a bunch of different job boards. Getting some candidates but not the quality I would like.
Any other ideas on where to find a good hanyman/maintenance technician employee?
