99.9% sure that this is mold and that there is an issue. Should I call a mold remediation professional and see what they say? There is more than one spot that has mold

Step one, repair the leaking roof. Step two, cut out the affected areas. Step 3, replace the sheet rock with new patch. Step 4, texture the repaired areas  and paint to match the rest of the room. Done.

In my opinion, this is not mold. This is water damage from a leaking roof. My answer is based on what I have done and would do if I had this problem and should not be considered professional advice. Stop watching HGTV. Good luck
