Investor funding
In need of an investor who would be willing to partner with me 50/50 to fund my flips. In need of funding/down payment. I'm willing to put down what I have but to start I am in need of an investor where I would do all the work and split cost. As long as you are willing to put some skin in the game of about 20% I think there would be many private lenders that will work with you.
