Having trouble fiancing my 3 investment property
I baught a multifamily with hard money about 10 months ago did a total rehab. Went to refinace with a mortgage and now there telling me im eligible for more fiance and i only have 3 loans under my name i have more properties but they are subject 2 fiancing so the loans arent under my name. The banks refuse to give me any more conventional loans. Anybody has any tips on what i can do to refi before i have to pay points
