simplisafe - security for flips? has anyone used it?
Hello BP! 1 of my contractor just his tools stolen at a job site.
Looking for options besides ADT. Looks like simplisafe is a good option.
Anyone used it and any feedback? If not, what kind of security system do you use for your flips?

I use SimpliSafe Alarm Systems on my rental units... They are easy to install and work well in most cases; however not perfect in all applications. For use on a flip, you'd be able to easily remove it to re-use on the next, so you'd only need to purchase it once. Monitoring is also less expensive than others, starting at $14.99; however the $19.99 plan is better, as it includes text and email alerts. The $24.99 plan also ads SmartPhone Control; however I've never opted for that. Key Chain Remote also works well, although far too large.
