Looking for cash buyers in Birmingham

Hello All

I have a HUD home under contract Birmingham, AL and I'm looking for cash buyers in that area. The AVR on the home is about $120K. I would love to get funding to rehab and flip, but also looking into other options to wholesale as well.

Any advice and help would be appreciated!
