Black Friday good deals for appliances?

I need to upgrade my refrigerator in the condo I'm hacking, and I was in Best Buy this weekend and saw that they are offering ~40% off, free delivery, and 0%/18 month financing on new appliances. So I saw a lot of nice looking fridges for ~$1700-1800 that (it says here) retail for over $3k. I don't buy expensive new things very often, so are these good deals or are there always decent deals like this?

Black Friday often offers the best deals.  While it's not unusual that places like Lowes/Home Depot will routinely offer appliance sales at 10 to 30 percent off year round,  you'll typically find reductions at 40 percent off during Black Friday.

I tend to use Lowes/Home Depot routinely for the free delivery and also because I purchase using 10 percent off coupons and gift cards as payment.

Some landlords will wait until January and pick up great used appliances from craigslist (replaced with Christmas presents of new appliances) but honestly, my days of picking up and hauling appliances around are long over!

I have BEEN and CURRENTLY buying new appliances which seems all the time this year! I have searched up and down on craigslist, second hand consignment shops, etc. I finally came to the conclusion that buying new offers piece of mind and the prices are so cheap you can't go wrong.

The best deal possible for a great set now is home depot.

• Special Buy! Its the absolute cheapest deal you can get for quality appliances. 
• Also, they offer $$ off for each one you buy over a certain amount. 
• This fridge is the best deal IMO for flips and rentals (In my area) Looks clean, great reviews, great price. 
• Then just order the other appliances you need.

All new appliances, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and over the range microwave for around 2K. This is for a quality/higher end flip also.
