Seattle, Washington Flip Project!
Hi BP community, I have a SFR Flip project under contract in Burien, Washington that will bring in anywhere from 12-25% depending on Cash vs Financed, and Rehab costs.
- Acquisition is $201,000
- Rehab $65,000-$80,000 (Interior is already gutted, needs new roof and interior updates)
- ARV $330,000-$350,000 based on Comps
