Filling in Pool in DFW

I'm speaking specifically to those in Dallas-Ft. Worth area (DFW) - Does anyone know specifics for city code in Dallas as to how to fill in pool (holes, crush walls, etc.) and typical cost? I assumed $10k.

Pool is roughly 15x30 and 8 feet at the deep end.

@Mark Allen The last one I looked at my contractor quoted me 5K. That included the dirt to fill. This house was in Rowlett but some of their codes are more strict then City of Dallas.
