My first step at building a empire
Hey
I wanna start flipping homes. Where do I start? I was suppose to attend a REIA meeting today but got postponed. What's a helpful niche with this investment? I know it will be challenging to do it from scratch but I'm willing to put in the effort. They're aren't many investors or agents here to run under to absorb information. I'm currently in Jackson, Ms and I know the market is good but where do I start?
