Box Gutter Repair Estimates

I've received some ridiculous estimates on repairing some box gutters on a house I purchased a couple years ago. Ridiculous as in $22k-$42k. From what I understand there are a couple avenues to repair: New rubber/ metal liner Tearing the box gutters out altogether and extending the eaves to install seamless gutters Bypassing the gutters but leaving them in place and attaching seamless Am I missing something here or is there no economical way to get this done?
