Luxury Vinyl Planks -- spec recommendations?

There have been quite a few threads regarding vinyl plank flooring -- apologies in advance for yet another.  I would appreciate some specific input from those who have used luxury vinyl plank flooring over the longer term.

As far as specs go, the luxury vinyl plank product "minimums" seem to include:

1.  Interlocking / click installation -- not glue or "grip strip".

2.  The "thicker stuff"...  5mm or greater product thickness.

Any thoughts / recommendations /input?  Manufacturers?  Install tips?
