Hello Bigger pocket 

I Have 3 bedroom and 1 bath SF with Attached garage, I feel that there is not need for that garage because it barley fit a compact small car. at the same time  building a  car pool on the top of the drive way will fit the propose of parking  ( pretty common in my market)

currently I live in the house but this house eventually will be for rent. 

so I decided to turn it into extra room and add extra bathroom. 

the question: what is the best use for this garage  Plus Bathroom?  is it a bed room or office space?

what are the renter family would prefer? extra master bigger bedroom or office space ?
