What design software is good?
Good morning everyone! As I am going to be doing a renovation for a commercial property, I wanted to know what are some good design softwares on your phone or iPads or even computers that are free? Or if you have suggestions that are somewhat cheap and can design a whole room floor to tile?

If as you say you are "doing a renovation for a commercial property", you can't do that yourself in New York without an architect once your project value is over 20K.
Call your building department.
