Cast Iron Tub costs to replace or refinish?

Hello BP,

Anyone have experience refinishing a cast-iron tub? Is it worth it? Pros and cons?

I have a 4-unit I'm considering buying and it has 4 nasty cast-iron tubs. Seems like refinishing it cheaper, but not sure how long of a fix refinishing will be.
