Up to date Construction Costs

Ive been out of the flipping business for a couple of years, focusing on other strategies. However, I am preparing to do a major rehab on my home. I broke out my old rehab excel forms and realized my pricing for materials and labor rates is a bit out of date, especially here in Colorado, where demand has driven up construction costs.

Does anyone have a resource where I can quickly update going rates or have these resources to share?
