I'm committed to taking action and doing my first flip in San Antonio, Texas. Any recommendations what area would be the best to start out?

You want to do a flip in an area where the buyers pool is strong enough to be able to get a loan for this nice, remodeled home. You probably want to stay around the $130k to $200k retail price range. There are more buyers at this price point. And even more important there are more buyers who can get loans at this price point.

What are you doing to find a deal?? That is really the hard part.
