I need more methods...
So I've posted the bandit signs around the areas i wanna invest in as well further out, I've been doing the craigslist advertisement. Long story short i just want plenty of more ways to advertise and if you can give details on the process or steps to achieve that process such as direct mail and many more if possible. Please and thank you in advance if you do have any feedback or plans that can really help me expand.

Marketing is pretty simple. Take direct mail for example. If you spend a lot of money, you will get a lot of leads. What you do with those leads is up to you.
Unless you go to a guru seminar, then the motivated sellers and buyers will be beating down your door and you'll never have to spend a dime.
