Hi BiggerPockets crew! I've got a unit under lease and want to begin game planning for kitchen and bathroom (2) remodels in the future. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how to go about forecasting costs and or determining $'s to set aside for the improvements. Any insight is greatly appreciated
