Experience flipping Auburn/Opelika
Hey BP, I recently bought my first investment property and am living in the Auburn/Opelika Alabama area. I talked to a couple realtors asking about how common flipping is in this market and they said not really, I just wanted to reach out and see if there are any experienced flippers, in my area.
