New builds San Antonio Tx
Hey everyone how's it going. Had a question about new builds. I know the price will vary in different markets but when you connect the cities water and electric how much does it normally run you? I've been selling a few lots lately to some of my cash buyers and didn't really have a solid idea of how to calculate it in the rehab. Just wanted to me sure I wasn't shorting myself on these type of deals.
