Do you purchase washer/dryer in flip?

In my area I don't see W/D in flips. One house I put my old units in (we got new) and another house had existing that I left in place. The rest of the houses I did not provide, however did offer to purchase a stackable unit for a home I built a W/D closet for. The new owner declined as she had her own set.

If I were to do a flip today, I would definitely include a Washer and Dryer. For about a $1000 extra, you are making a much nicer impression on prospective buyers.  I am surprised so many people are saying they don't or they won't..

We do not add a washer and dryer but if one is there and is in decent condition we leave it.  We also include the kitchen appliances.

I see it done both ways here in Colorado. We just purchased our first property- a SFR and we will either flip it or do the BRRRR method. If we flip, we will include the washer and dryer that I haven't yet bought. However I'm going to buy a used, yet new condition front loading set or buy a scratch/dent model at Lowe's. We have a very nice Restore/Habitat for Humanity store and warehouse- people in the Aspen area donate super fancy everything, so I'm confident that one way or another I'll find a set for a good price.
