What to do with old stuff from flips?

Question

Let's say I'm flipping a house and I have the old stuff that I replaced. Such as a fridge, oven, cabinets, toilets, etc. All this stuff technically works, it just wasn't new enough to use in the flip.

Is there a way to sell it for extra money?

Trash it, sell it on CL, or open a consignment shop.. how much time did you say you wanted to waste of it? :D

We toss it all in the trash, if one of the guys want it they can have it, don't care if its still in the box. Our focus is the property ROI, not running a side hustle selling the trash we find in our units.

Craigslist!  I make a lot of the money I tip my workers with from selling old ceiling fans, security screen doors, vanities, toilets, swamp coolers, etc...  What doesn't sell gets put on the curb.

I clean it up and cross post it to Facebook and Craigslist. One of the reasons I enjoy fixing up houses is because I'm "recycling-" taking something old and making it nice and new. It would defeat some of my purpose if I trashed anything useable and worse, paid money to take throw it in the landfill. It makes more sense for me to both make a little money and provide someone else with a cheap, useable appliance/fixture etc.

If I don't need it, I set it out on the curb.   If you put a sign that says "FREE" on it, it will just sit there, but if you put a sign on it that says "$20", it will be gone in an hour.  LOL

Advertise it on your local Facebook group page or Craigslist.  i haven't found much that people won't buy or at least take for free and save me dump fees
