I put a bid in and waiting for the response. But I'm wondering what fees besides the POF ( proof of purchase) will I need to get this house? Please advices would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thank you Jessica. Are you a real estate attorney? It is a rehab property that I was referring too. Is it necessary to have an inspector or a contractor will suffice? What's the big difference between both?
