Searching for a Contractor
Hi Everyone - Question regarding selecting a contractor for rehabbing and house flipping... what are initial questions you would ask potential contractors to determine if you would like to work with them or not? Basically, my partner and I would like to do our first flip. We are in the process of looking for a contractor. What are some questions we should be asking as we're calling these businesses....especially since we haven't worked with anyone before. From your experience, what are some things you look for?
