Appliance warranties for live in flip?
About to buy a full appliance set for a live in flip. Hope to have the house on the market this fall. Is it worth it to buy warranties from the box stores. The salesperson at Home Depot seemed to think the warranty was transferable.
This adds about $400 to the package for 3 years. Seems like we could offer a one year home warranty for the same price.
