What to do with this lawn?!

Hello,

I have no clue what is the best thing to do with this yard or lack of anything but dirt in the front and back! I am thinking to maybe sod the front (for curb appeal and it is much smaller then the rear) and no clue what to do with the back... Any thoughts? Also, keep in mind there is no sprinkler system and I don't really want to spend the money to put in a brand new system! Sorry for the pictures no clue why it rotated some of them.

Hopefully my photos will work here. I used Lesco seed and the recommended starter fertilizer on the house lawn above. I watered it a lot and this was a few months back, but it went from nasty dirt to a very nice green lawn! Not sure if you have the time for it, but about $150 worth of product here (didn't even topsoil it, just take and lay seed).
