Hey everyone! Biggerpockets has been teaching me a lot and Brandon is always talking about sharing your knowledge and getting connected. I'm a master electrician from Connecticut with my own business wanting to get into real estate investing. So why does your profile say "interior decorator"?

Here's one: Does code require smokes in every bedroom, or only in new construction or major reno? I have a long railroad with 2, one between the kitchen & LR and one smoke/CO combo at the other end outside the bedroom doors.
