Cemetery Flip??? Pros and Cons

Hi everyone,

I'm looking at a possible Fix & Flip in Connecticut with amazing numbers. any way you dice the deal it makes sense . It is deal it is great for fix and flip, brrr or long term. The only flaw I say is that is located directly in front of a cemetery. Has anyone done any flips located near a cemetery and did it effect the speed or price of the sale. I am curious to hear what the possible effects this can have on the sale of a house, because I could easily imagine many buyers being spooked out.

I lived across the street from a cemetery no issue with selling They were very quite neighbors
