I'm looking for an Investor Friendly Title Company in Maryland, preferably on the Eastern Shore that are familiar with Double Closings and Assignments. Can anyone recommend any?

I don't know anyone on the eastern shore but I use Charter Title and I know Dulaney Title is really good too.
