@Robert Stephan I would use extreme caution purchasing out of state. How well do you know the areas. properties, contractors etc.

Out of state flips have a history of going sideways real fast in some cases. Are your partners vested in this investment with you?

Robert. I invest all the time out of state and am always bringing on partners.
