LA Based Contractor and REI Investor (Buy and Hold). Looking to raise capital and get into Fix and Flips in LA, Valley and THousand Oaks.
I heard a Pod Cast this AM about setting up a REI Fund to fund properties. Anyone have any experience in raising funds for Fix n Flips?
