Is a garage door opener worth it?

What's up everyone. I'm working on a flip and the property has a garage. The garage door is manually opened. I was thinking of adding an electric garage door opener. Wanted to know if it's worth it towards the end.

Yes, I always install it if it is missing or broken even though my property is in the low end range property.
