Hello im a general contractor in orange county California, Ive had a bad year and my credit score has dropped along with my savings. So my question is, for years i have been wanting to flip a house or two but dont know enough about the real estae side of things. So with my credit and savings not doing well is this at all a possibility. If so where do I start.

If you are truly an experienced contractor the best way to start may be to partner with an investor. Start by going to your local real estate investment club and let it be known that you wish to partner with an investor. If you use your work as your equity contribution you can create a win-win situation for you and the investor.
