House flipping advice and partners.

Hello all I want to get into house flipping. I am a plumber by trade and city water distribution operator by profession. I am looking for advice and possibly partners ( contractors, cpa's, real estate agents, etc) for my first flip. I live in Northern California in the Sacramento area. I have my finances In order for my first flip. If there is anyone that can give me any advice on properties, bids, help on walk through, or what ever anyone thinks I may need to know. Getting started on your first flip is an awesome process and I am glad you are working on building your network before diving in! I grew up in Sacramento and I know of quite a few investors with established networks in the area. I will give a couple of them a call to see if they have any good referrals for you!
