Do you leave a/c on in flips when it's vacant?

When it's vacant or when it's under renovation but you're not there. To prevent mold growth? Or is this just a waste of electricity?

I never turn off heat or ac, just turn them down/up as applicable. I want some air circulating in the house, to keep down humidity and staleness and keep the systems operating, which is easier on them than just sitting idle all the time.

I always keep the a.c. set to cool at 78 and heat at 60.

Use it, its better for re-habbing and for the inside environment.  The cost is not that much.

Do you have the AC on during showings? It's important that potential buyers are comfortable in the house. They will hurry through a hot home and may think there is something wrong with the AC or insulation. You want them to feel like moving in.
