Building a team in Austin

We do around 40 homes per year and are moving our operation to Austin area.  We are looking for a dean of contractors and a realtor in the area with fix and flip experience.

Wanted to introduce myself- I’m a local realtor in the Austin area but solely focus on investment opportunities only. Whether that be a fix and flip, buy and hold, vacant land for new construction, multi family or single family, I really do encompass a vast majority of the investment side of real estate.
