Hilo, Hawaii Rehab project, HELP PLEASE!!!

Hello everyone! My name is Sherman Kaopua, I’m a Hilo, Hawaii native but now residing in Tricities, WA and I’be been on BP for a while just learning and going through forums, and now I’ve got my first deal! I’ve acquired my first property (through a family friend so it was a steal) it’s located in Hilo and I’ve got a lot ahead of me as far as rehabbing it. If any investors or contractors on the East side of the big Island have any time to chat about it and answer some questions I have, I’d be really appreciative and would love to help bring you some value in any way that I can! Hi! You might try doing a search and see if there are any local forums for that area so that you can contact some of the investors that live there. Also, have you set up your keywords so that when that city is being discussed, etc. you'll get a notification. Good luck!
